Lee Strand was established in 1920 and for over 100 years our core values have remained the same. Our values are based on three pillars:
1. EXCELLENCE IN QUALITY
In Lee Strand quality begins on the farm. Our quality team work hand in hand with all our farmers to ensure the highest quality milk.
Our farmers are rewarded for their commitment to excellence with our monthly quality awards. Year after year our farmers are recognised at the The NDC & Kerrygold Quality Milk Awards.
2. PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT
We pride ourselves in protecting the environment. We have a strong commitment to sustainability and this is demonstrated by the many awards and accreditations achieved.
We work closely with our farmers, packaging partners and customers to continue to innovate. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do in Lee Strand.
3. SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY
Lee Strand is an integral part of the local community. As a co-operative society, we understand the importance of giving back to the local community.
We donate six cent back from every carton sold to local sponsorships.
