Lee Strand’s main activity is the processing and distribution of liquid milk in the Kerry, West Limerick & North Cork region. Over 100 years in business, Lee Strand was established in 1920 and began its creamery and production operations in Church Street in the heart of Tralee, County Kerry. In 1992 Lee Strand re-located to its new custom designed production plant on a 10 acre site at Ballymullen in Tralee.
Brownes Agri, Steel & Builder Providers in Castleisland, County Kerry is also part of the Lee Strand portfolio.
Lee Strand enjoys an excellent relationship with the community and supports many community, sporting and charitable organisations and events.
Lee Strand also has a strong commitment to protecting the environment and has received many prestigious national and international awards.
Lee Strand is renowned for its distinctive fresh taste, our customers can “Taste the Freshness”! All our milk is supplied from local farms within 15 kilometres of our production plant in Tralee. Our farmers are third or fourth generation farmers and take great pride in producing the highest quality milk.
